Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • The laptop must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories (charger, manuals, warranty card).

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Accidental damage, scratches, or liquid damage.

    • Software-related issues (can be resolved with technical support).

    • Products purchased during clearance sales.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

  • If you want to upgrade or change your laptop, simply request an exchange.

  • Any price difference must be paid or refunded accordingly.
